before i tried to buy vcc from them, i asked about the bin of the vcc but they won't give it to me, so i bought one vcc to test it, but it didn't work. i contacted the support and they said that i have to open a ticket on their website, after 2 days from opening ticket they don't answer, so i reach them on email but no one respond.

Sorry to hear OP had a bad experience, but all in all account farming is usually run by one person, you can't expect amazon level support.

The time frames are not showing on your screen shot, is it "???" every 10 minutes or every few days, that would make the situation much clearer.
