Accessing software installed on VPS

Hey guys,

Is there a way to extract a program that has been installed on a VPS? I'm looking to extract a program that has been installed on my server which the web interface is accessed via a port ie. 192.168.0.1:1234 as oppose to a folder extension ie. mydomain/programfolder/

I'm lost as to where to start looking on the VPS for the installation files etc.

Currently the server is running Linux with cpanel

Thanks for that but how would I extract it from the server to install it on a different server?

Reason I ask is I no longer have the original install file for it
