Access To Reference USA or Library Card Info Needed

Hi fellas,

I'm in need of access for Reference USA. Thing is, it requires that I access it from one of the subscribed public libraries throughout the US. In order to get access, I would need to get myself their library cards.

Sadly, I live outside of the US. I wonder if anyone has the access information or library card information and is willing to share; either for free, or charge me for it.
