As the title states, I can now access the downloads section without being signed in. Remember that I used to have been signed in to see content in this section.

you can't, you need to be a member otherwise everyone would be doing it

Yup, definitely requires me to be logged in to view that section, just tested it. You sure you weren't logged in?
