Access to customer's insta without losing his trust

I need to access to my customers' accounts in order to fix some errors they have.
The only problem is that when I ask them to send me data they lose trust and they don't want to complete the work.

Is there a way I can fix this issue? Any website/app that allows me remote control on their accounts without having them on my phone directly?

You should meet directly to work with customers. If it's too far away, you can ask a third party to act as an intermediary to ensure the customer's rights!
