I just want to know if there will be a problem with Gaypal should I log in to my account from different IPs. AT&T provides dynamic IPs, so every time I restart my modem, the IP will change.

Should that be a problem considering that the location is still within the same vicinity?

As long as country is same, you can use different ips.

Oh seriously? Would it cause problems if I used a VPN that I setup on a VPS based out of an Atlanta datacenter?

I'd really just like to have a constant IP since I'm always here and there across metro Atlanta. Would it cause problems at all?

I wouldn't set the VPN up as a "VPN" of course. I'd basically have everything setup to show my business info so that it just looks as if I'm using the business connection. Think it would work...of course the account is a business account so I figure that it would make sense.

It would, I currently use a vps as a vpn for my paypal... I also do it for several other money exchangers.
