Access Codes Not Arriving (new security measure from IG?)

A number of my clients are reporting being asked to verify their accounts by phone all of a sudden, but the verification code never arrives no matter how many times they try. They can't access their accounts and are rightfully, very stressed.

Anybody know anything about this?

yes happened to me, change the phone number to new one

If the phone number is real it should arrive (unless used on many accounts).
Otherwise just change number a couple times - the code will come.

Had same issue. Just keep doing it. After some time they will send it
