I'm looking for a web host company that:

• Accepts Bitcoins
• Allows copyright content (linking)
• Located offshore
• Cheap
• Doesn't ask for personal information
• Fast and reliable
• At least 1 year of existence
• Supports SSL

I have been looking for some and Orange Website was the only fitting in the above requirements.

Alibaba seems really good. CCI says it only supports SSL for $20+/month plans. I'm not sure if they mean: a certificate comes included with those plans or the SSL module is simply not enabled.
