Accepting Payments for Software[Will have affiliates working as well]

Hey everyone recently I had a piece of software created and it's about time I put it up on the market, only issue is receiving payments, I also want to have an affiliate program, so if there is something that kind of puts the two together that would be nice, but doesn't have to have support for affiliates as I can code that in my self.I don't really anticipate a high charge back rate as it's a legit piece of software. If you guys have any suggestions that would awesome! I was considering getting a merchant account, but I'm not really sure in the steps in getting one, if someone could provide some lead way that would awesome!

How about e-junkie or plimus? I dont like plimus...but other people use it OK.
