not sure what you're asking the wording was confusing. But turning crypto to USD is nearly impossible (unless) you go to a physical bitcoin cash atm and do regular cash out there haha. But even those most are becoming kyc. and be sure to get home fast with all that cash in your hand ;)

Let me paraphrase. If I buy PayPal not under my name. & link that to go2bank. Will that work? I don’t care about crypto. I want to hide my identity.
 
Quite interesting answers, also gave an idea why many proposals here for renting or buying paypal account.

They do require KYC when they detect a suspicious transaction (for crypto).
it's not anonymous and is highly risky

There are payment services with crypto donation buttons, there are Paypal processors with crypto withdrawals for high-risk projects. There is everything on the market... :)
