Sorry for my tone, it was not my intention. I wanted to point out that setting up a BG company is one of the easiest in EU at the moment (UK excluded)
Having a US company is a false good idea for processing online payments (obviously if you live there or invested a lot into the setup, its good). Processors will ask you many documents to open a merchant account.
Really? So what about those delaware/wyoming/new mexico solutions?
