accepting bitcoins with coinbase module, country not accepted ?

Hi :

Basically that, I created an ecommerce with cubecart ( he wanted cube ) for a client, and after I installed the module, when I tried to create an account for him, the country was not available for accounts.
Question is, They require some identification ? or I can choose USA and in worst scenario get some ids with secondeye ?
