Is Doku worldwide?
I mean can the people from U.S pay me without having doku account?
Most of my customers are from U.S :-/

Make sure the payment processor is externally audited. I'm not familiar with Doku, but whoever they are, make sure their funds are audited. Too many exit scams going on with payment processors which see a nice stash and "suddenly go bankrupt" and all remaining funds disappear.

I am not sure I just searched payment gateways in Indonesia. Keep looking I am sure you will find something

They only accept within Indonesia :-(
I wish someone made something like Paypal.
The only reason PayPal is used so much because they have this option to receive card payments.

You can use your own with gourl.io ...it's open source and you can use woocommerce with them. Works fine.

Paypal can be used without having an account if have supported Credit Cards but For BTC, You must have an account and balance into that before you attempt to pay through Bitcoin.

Bitcoin is not same as paypal because paypal has authority whereas you are own authority for bitcoin. So, it is not possible to accept bitcoin if you do not have it. The only solution is to exchange from some trusted person if you know them. People usually make lots of scam in this exchange.

you can always have someone code you your own btc payment gateway using the original blockchain api. don't let him/her over-price you though, it ain't that hard of a task
