Accept friend request and not get banned

Hello all here, i know that you are very smart here. Can you tell me, how to accept all friends and not get a ban. Or facebook is asking to recognize the friends, and enter the names of them? Account is fresh i confirmed acc with number. I have now 200 friends request maybe in 10 minutes, so it will be grow up very fast. Is there any solution? I turned on also follow button. i have 45 followers. but also, while i was writing this post , i got restricted, wow... didnt accepted any friends. hmmm no idea...
And i cant even see now friend requests anymore... or who commented on my post in group. this is so wierd.

Also, i went to my real facebook account, went to the fake acc to see if i can see anything, so i can send friend request, also its says that im following her. But fake acc doesnt see this fuction anymore.

My account was banned because I added friends fast the same you. I'm looking for a solution, but I haven't still found it so far.

No Wonder,just excessive checking and sending people request,you are banned.Better get PVA of all your account for your ease.

Yah, That works seriously.
I am doing this way... just wait 2 min to join a group..
and accepting request... every 10-15 sec / 1 request accept.

SAW IT..
But you must did post/group joining/likes too fast.. thats why you are restricted by FB

i posted to only 1 group... oh doesnt matter wil wait until restriction is end

profil to young (you need to start very slow), no relationship between friends who send you friend requests (so it looks weird).
