Hi ive got alot of experience in the academic and content writing field. i was thinking to develop an email list to get some customers, i wanted to know what is the best course of action here? is it best to get a good scraper and target the websites because direct SEO keyword targeting in the niche is quite expensive and tough, please guide me on this, thanks guys.
