Ac Questions

Hi all.

Am new to this, but am very keen to learn. Just have a few questions.

I am uk based and would like to join AC. How do i get around this?

I believe purchasing an account would be the best option?

When submitting articles should i be using a proxy that is US based or is this irrelevant?

If the payment is made into a false paypal account, could i then forward this payment to a UK account in my name?
