AC outside United States/non US citizen

Firstly: Can I even earn something, other than cents. If so: what are the ways to go around?
Registering through proxy is insufficient, I suppose...

And if I can't earn anything, is there a site similar to AC that allows non US citizens, or a site which security precautions are easier to bypass?

AC do not pay non US citizens and its of no use to use a proxy, they require US W9/8 form etc. And their pay sucks even for US citizens. Many sites pay to non US citizens mostly with adsense sharing basis like HubPages, Squidoo (own adsense account not required), Bukisa, Triond (both adsense/non adsense available, visit FAQ).
If your article quality is very high and written in perfect English then try sites like Constant Content, Factoidz, Demand Studios, Suite101.
