Mkay.. so I heard they are introducing phone verification. So, since I am only going for upfront payments won't it be easier to just make 20 accounts now and get $600(hopefully untill then I will get better at other blackhat stuff) for each then abbandon the accounts? Or will they verify them anyway after?

Once it's introduced, all accounts must be verified, even old ones. UNLESS you submit a tax form.

That is one alternative, but it does require time, energy, and money to have 20 separate AC accounts (you need separate paypals, private proxies, ways to cash out of 20 paypals, etc.) plus you risk being banned and losing all of your earnings.

I agree with Tom, just partner up with a US account holder. Time + Risk = Money. If you actually did the math, I'm positive that cutting a US partner a fair % would be cheaper than doing all that shit on your own, especially with the way AC has been tightening down.

maybe i am asking a stupid dumb question..is there anyway to FAKE a W9 Tax ??

Well, not fake exactly, but if you in good conscience don't agree with the way the IRS compels people into its jurisdiction by submitting these forms, you could submit a modified version and see what happens. The below substitute form is from a tax honesty site, and makes clear (with legal citations) why a Social Security number is not being provided. This way you can satisfy the source demanding the form without becoming an unpaid government informant against yourself.

Nice Form, but the problem one might have is that if you were to use this at AC as a way of getting around the IRS and such, they can just tell you that you cannot get paid unless you file a w-9. Am I wrong?

They might be cool about it (since it IS styled just like W-9, just customized to meet your requirements), or they might not. Try it on a AC account with bogus info on it anyway, for double protection, and say this is the only one they are getting, for legal reasons plainly cited on the form.

Some sites will accept it, some won't, so what. If not, you can go back to the BH phone verification methods. Google "temporary disposable phone numbers" with call forwarding and choose among the options available.
