AC frustration....

I am getting so frustrated with AC right now... They want such "unique" content, and my articles are not rewrite, they are all mine... When I look at these people with 2 million views and such... Their writing is not all that great, and original? There topics are not so unique. I am getting pissed! I think I will give them a break. The highest my payment has been ever for a non-news article is $3.96. They claim crap is not original but there are 50 Michael Jackson articles with the same info and so on with Kanye West etc...

What's to get frustrated over?

1. Start your own blog put your content on it, slap some ads around it and promote it (twitter is great for this!)

2. Try out other content sites, though AC is the best on the market for upfront payments, it's not the only one that pays for performance. There are sites that pays monthly. A minor inconvenience but still its money.

3. Still write for AC but give them crap. If AC wants crap let them take it. Not your fault people over there are too stupid to take original content. I have had the same problem.

All my rewritten articles fetched a higher price than originals. After awhile, some of my original articles were being rejected by AC. What AC will not take some other site will.

Mate, I`m also frustrated! I have spend 8 hours writing 4 articles myself and 2 of them are rejected because of bad grammar... When I read them I don't see anything that is not ok. Yes, English is my second language, I`m not professional but my articles are fine and informative... It's just not working for me...

Which sites pay monthy Millygirl? I messed up my Demand Studios acct because their titles are 1 sentence with no summary of what is expected. I coudn't read minds so that option is gone. Ehow, I left alone because I made $10 a mo for pageviews. Any info would be great.

What's your average keyword density for you AC stuff? Have you been checking at AC itself to see that your keywords haven't already been overdone by other AC writers?

If you have, a good rewrite is basically the same thing as an original in the eyes of the AC editors. They have no way of knowing the difference. There's really no advantage or reason to expect higher upfronts and a higher acceptance rate from originals, so the key factors are niche, keywords, citing sources, grammar and spelling.

Just thought I'd let you know because unfortunetely with AC, original content means nothing.

THe most I could get it to without overly repeating and sounding funny is 1.9- 2 %. Any recommended article rewrite software, keyword density checker and free plagiarism checker? Also if I use a program like Dragon Naturally Speaking will it help with speed? Thanks

I have had the same issues with AC lately and have taken a break from it. Reds book is awesome but it can't explain the mentality of the editors. I am submitting articles with perfect grammar and keywords and getting articles rejected.

The ones I do get approved I make maybe $3 or $3.50 each. I have such good freelancers working this shit for me so I can't pay them $1 like everyone thinks. To get a well written, well researched, keyworded article without grammar problems is going to cost $2.

My keyword density is always about 2-3%. I think that niche is my problem. I was submitting business and finance articles... Can you give me idea for better niche.. They keep declining my articles. Please help!

Well dont get disappointed about your articles getting rejected by AC. Its not the end of life. You can sell similar group of articles of one niche on DP or other forums. And also you can try textbroker... I am getting very good reviews from many people about it. Its really far more better than AC it seems.

I did not really care for textbroker. I tried it for two articles. One was approved but one buyer requested a revision saying could I add stuff that was not requested in the original request. I am not revising a $3 article and I did what was asked. Keyword density was 2.5%. It was a bit ridiculous guys! So I did not try them again.

IMHO AC is the best total package if you're looking to make a full time living. Especially if you're outsourcing and mass submitting.

Same problem here... I've been having articles accepted for a few months now then recently pow they start rejecting almost everything. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to their system.
One day I'm getting articles reviewed and accepted in 24 hours, the next batch takes 6 days and they reject every item.
I was wondering if it was just me...

Yup, sounds like a similar pattern Eerienoodles. Is that a halloween name? LOL Emilex you might want to write articles that have to do with holidays, but not recipes, they won't pay unfront. Maybe because they know they are easy to churn out. And also I noticed government articles regarding your state and local events pay well. How To's do as well but nothing that is really basic- I know it's alot for them to ask for $3 but lately I changed up my topics a bit because they had me pissed!

well I still believe that AC is a good place to start.. got my 1st article on dating accepted, for $1.50 then my three unique articles got denied for upfront; they were suggesting to repub for the pageview thingy.. gl to all!
