AC Editors: Naming Your Sources

I'm new to Associated Content and submitted 5 articles, just to test the waters. Well all five were denied for not submitting my sources and two for being similar to other articles. I know I switched about 25% of the wording in my articles with synonyms and mild rewrites of sentences.

1)Does anyone know the percentages that Copyscape uses to flag articles. I will setup some blogs (still learning Wordpress) so I can use Copyscape, but in the interim, I would be happy with any suggestions for beating Copyscape.

2)If you are using article spinners and other rewriting tools, do you just supply random sources like Wikipedia or government sites. One of my articles dealt with taxes and I was thinking about using irs.gov as my source and resubmitting the article.

P.S: I definitely need to get Dragon Speaking, to reword the entire PLR article I'm using, off the top of my head. I'm not the best typist, so I basically just changed one or two words in every sentence, but my articles still got flagged anyway.

1) It won't pass copyscape if it finds any part of your rewritten article online. I've had articles fail copyscape because it found half a sentence plagiarized.

2) Citing 2 or 3 random on-topic sites has worked for me every time AC asked me to cite my sources.

You need to change more then your changing. The real trick to making money with AC is to buy unique articles very cheap and then submit them as your own.

I agree that giving AC 2-3 random sources for your articles, if they ask, usually works.

Just write your articles without needing to use sources. Talk like you are the expert. It has worked for me after I got my 2nd one denied.
