AC Audio/Music ?

Have anybody tried to submit his own audio/music to AC and earn from it?
I could get 1/day unique (copyrighted), piano songs/loops, and submit it to AC.
I really don't understand their payment-rates at audio.

Could somebody explain it to me?
If I understood good:
1. I submit audio and get $X for it.
2. As the traffic grow, I get more $ ?

I mean, will they give me a "fix" earning when I submit the audio, or it's by traffic?

I'm not too sure myself. Recently I've been tinkering with an idea like this. I want to submit an image to AssociatedContent and then put it on StumbleUpon where it seems that pictures get thousands upon thousands of views quickly. I'm not sure how it works though

Apparently the only pay you per view on audio.. no upfront payment like articles.

I have not tried audio/music with AC because I was told the earnings are really low and was better off being put on youtube than AC. Guess it does not hurt to try it out for yourself.
