AC account suspended, How to do next?

Today I got the email that:

Dear Content Producer, 

Associated Content's system flagged your account for a possible violation of our Terms of Use or Submission Guidelines. Your account has been suspended pending account verification. In order to reactivate your account and receive further payments from Associated Content, you must verify your personal information by providing us with a completed W-9 form, available here: www.irs.gov (click on the left hand side where it says "W-9 Form")....

My account were suspended one by one till now. I was sure I use safe proxy and clear the cache every time. Unfortunately, I was got suspended. I just want little extra money for my starting business online.
What I can do next? Give it up, or keep trying?

Banning is a part of BH, it will probably happen again and again. Just pick back up again and get more accounts

Precisely, getting banned is something that happens all the time and almost everyone has exerienced it at least once. Just keep your head up and try again with more diversified accounts. That's how it looks like, you'll have your ups and downs.
