Abusing Elastic Mail/ Mail Chimp for Bulk Mailing

So - I am building a community on Telegram by sending out bulk mails and the results are pretty wonderful. I started out by using Elastic Mail and obviously given that my mails weren't double opt-in - there were some spam reports and they blocked me for spamming pretty soon.
I had sent out about 200k mails by then.
The thing I love about Elastic Mail is that their mails have really amazing inbox / open rate. Its pretty fast too.
I tried the hard way by building my own SMTP - using 10 rotating IPs - setting up Intersprise and a VPS and it just wasn't worth it. The warm up process is way too long and retarded in my opinion. The inbox rate is pathetic.
So - here is the question.
I am looking to send 10 million emails to build this community. I'd be done with 10 mil.
I'm thinking of buy 50 domains and hosting them on cPanel then making 50 accounts on Elastic Mail - I'll do it all via a VPS and using (50 different proxies which I already have).
Each domain/Elastic account will send 200k mails.
50 x 200k = 10 mil mails.
What do you guys suggest?
FYI - their rate is also pretty cheap.
And my return on this is massive.
So Im really not worried much about the cost.
BUT - is this safe? Can they come after me?
Once again I'll be using VPS / proxies - and all these domains (50) will be bought for use and throw.

When they blocked you did you talk with them,to unblock your first account because bassicaly they do mass email under cover that they are legit and ive tried that.Just put 5$ in the wallet and rest is all go.
Problem is that if you used real name and username dont do this.If use fakes then is ok.
If they blocked you and did not release the domain then you have problem ,they will block you in any way and its need just to mention your domain in email you are targeting,they will suspend your account.
So if still suspend ask them to revise your problem in manner that I got estores with let say 5 mill adresses and this list is old more than 4 years.
That they are not double opt in but email list from your store and that you want to promote your self.
Promise that you will clean the lists and they will lift suspension.
Now you must spend some buck,This is about 10-15$ per month.
Start massive campaigns and you will be surprise how they even with hard bounces you will be able to send emails.

managing so many account would be every difficult and there are high chances of you getting tracked. Instead you should talk to them and see if they can serve your interest. I once bought 300K email ID and used them by justifying that they are my user list. Many reported spam but they didnt hurt my business

Yeah! Great idea. I'll try to push as much as possible via one account before moving to the next account.
