Abusing CMS!

Hello, i have a problem there is someone in my niche who has access to CMS it's owned by his friend they uploading reused content from UEFA, premier league, etc and closed those videos outside but the problem is they striking us and asking for money to retract the claims is there any way to report them? or youtube won't care because they owned CMS? or we can give them false strikes? what should I do in this case?

you cannot win with these guys unless you also have CMS, even if you dispute the claim yt will auto reject.

if you send fake strike also it wont work.
you need to get at their level to be able to thrive in this niche.

these people dont want competition and they will eliminate everyone.
i do this myself with fake strike method.
i eliminate people in blackhat niches who try to compete me.

the only choice for you now is to do different niche.
