Abu-Dhabi Based Proxy

I am based in the UK but I need to log into a social media account that's utilised in abu dhabi without the site blocking and resetting the password. Can I get some advise in relation to doing this. Would I be looking for an Abu-Dhabi based proxy/VPN? Where would I find this? Any advice appreciated.

I live in UAE and proxies are banned. You will need someone from here to login for you

Is there no way around that? What of this VPN business? is that just a proxy under a different name. Is there no other way around it

if it was a regular thing you could setup a vps with a host based in Abu Dhabi and install openvpn on it. If its a one off its probably not worth the effort.
