thx for the proposition
for upwork and fiver there is some guys with a huge portfolio no way to reach their level rapidly , a custommer surely will search for someone who buit a reputation there so he will not hire a noob

Look mate if you really want money for your website do some hard work and try to create it for free of cost
use free domain or you can buy for 1$
use some free hosting services then make it happen
Once you earn money then upgrade your site good luck

do it for free of cost get vouches for famous people then build portfolio if you have got talent you'll get orders instantly i don't think that you gonna make that happen if you can't motivate yourself & afraid from competition (every journey starts from single step)

I'd suggest browsing the forum a bit, there is a ton of ways to make cash.
Also, don't expect instant results like most things IM takes time.

Time for reality check : there is not enough money for everyone. You must become better than the rest. High specialisation=money. Whatever you do, do it ALL-in. For example , 1 weird $5 fiver gig done right (singing b-day to buyer) will make you more money than being "all-around" "know it all" "developer/designer/writer/kingpin" role.

You have 24hours/day?Everyone has it. You learn fast? Useless if u cant pick what to learn. Im just trying to slap you mentally, to get you out of your depression.

Use these forums, and the resources you have to join a CPA or affiliate network of some sort, then try to get free traffic. It may take some spam and some blackhat methods to have to initial success at first, and I know this is a general post, but the truth is that is how I have always made money for free starting out what with srcrappy (looking for every click) spam methods.

You say you are good at graphics, which is probably the most important thing with this.
