about twitter suspension

Ok, I was going too wild with the TweetAttacks on my Twitter account and I got the following message:

Your account has been suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service.

Account suspended: *
Date of violation: January 11, 2011
Minimum suspension period: 1 week

So does this mean I get my account back after one week? How about my followers? Did I just lost them all?

Really... that is what they are giving now...1 week...
it use to be that you would get suspended and you had to write them
and tell them how bad of a person you had been and that you would not do it again...

I got a couple of my accounts back but it was to much work to do a whole bunch that i lost...
