Oxylab is very bad in terms of qualityThere's some companies which offer unlimited bandwidth residential proxies but those usually come with lower IP quality since everyone is pushing an insane amount of requests through the limited amount of IPs so overtime their quality goes down - You could check out GeoNode and Proxyrack.
For metered proxies I'd reccomend Oxylabs, Brightdata, ProxyEmpire, SmartProxy, IPRoyal.
You are right. A lot of people use it and they don't add new IPs from what I heard. Which makes the quality go down drasticallyOxylab is very bad in terms of quality
Could I be wrong?

is there a company you can recommend? You can go for the 4G/5G proxies as they provide use the real IPs provided by the mobile ISPs. They have millions of IPs in their IP pool, so quality of the IP address is not an issue and most of them provide unlimited bandwidth.
