So we inherited the tooltip from the old BHW, which displays a short preview of the threads, if we hover over the thread title. It is a very welcome feature. 
However in its present state, it's not functioning properly. When you hover over a thread title which is close to the address bar of the browser, somewhere on the top of the page, the tooltip goes either entirely or just partly under the address bar and can't be seen. I thought at first that my FF is acting up, but i tried with different browsers.
Can't this be done dynamically according to the on page position of the thread title and also the length of the preview? If the title is close to the address bar, the tooltip should be displayed under the title, not above it.
