About to sound like a huge noob...

So I just started reading up on click bank today and it seems awesome. I want to get started but i have malware on my computer for the next couple of days blocking youtube and google so it is hard to find a good tutorial. I have read a lot of methods but i am kind of confused on how you get paid. Do you get paid per website visit? Per purchase? or both? how much do you get paid? Any links to the best method you have found?

You get paid a commission (determined by the vendor, up to 75%) on each sale and any rebills.

I'd be more concerned with the malware on your computer....
