About to launch a new product

Hi Guys,

I have created a new product which will be launched the middle of this month on Clickbank then rolled out to other affiliate networks. The niche is mental health, with 5 E-Books in total (4 as bonuses) and lifetime updates etc. After doing some research I have settled on a price of $47, affiliates will get 75% commission.

I've created my own site with about 10 pages to direct traffic to a seperate squeeze page which will be finished in a week or so, and all the affiliate banners, graphics etc will be finished in a few days (thank you Fiverr!). I'll be doing a little paid advertising aswell on facebook etc. I've also bought a domain to set up a "review" site of about 5 pages which will direct to the squeeze.

The product is specific to a huge niche and I want to aim for 2-5 sales per day immediately from my own marketting, however since this will be my first product launch I have no idea what sort of sales to expect from affiliates - has any one got any sort of idea as to what sales I might get? Also, am I aiming to high/low on my own sales?

The product is top-quality in a Niche with a huge market. Thanks in advance for any input / ideas.

Sales will depend on a multitude of factors, including demand (searches) and competition. I'm not sure if I understood correctly, but if you are saying that your landing page was done by fiverr contractors, I can assure you it's not good enough. Don't skimp on a good landing page and copy.

With regards to price, don't just stick to $47. It may work, but I would at least split-test with $27 and $37.

When you start getting affiliate interest, make sure you go out of your way to help them, especially if you are an unknown vendor. Provide all the support you can and make sure you have an extensive affiliate centre including articles, ppc keywords, banners etc...

You did misunderstand - the landing page script with references has been done by myself, only the graphics like Ebook Covers, banners and affiliate links are being done from Fiverr. I could do them myself but it's too time consuming for me as I am a noob when it comes to photoshop, my forte is more literal than visual.

As for demand, it is high, very high. The product is 3 years in the making and I have put a lot of time and effort into it.

I plan on doing a lot of split-testing on the landing page with looks and varying the price to find a sweet spot.

Having been an affilate for 2 years or so on Clickbank I know that getting quality affiliates will be paramount. I have many links on my subject matter and plan on writing some templates for them as well as giving plenty of choice on the banners etc and advice on the subject matter.
