I am looking to take my SEO to the next level.

I am currently very small scale and make around 120-150 a month with my small site. I am looking to expand and start/grow many new sites.

I have the budget to buy both tools and think this is what I need to take my business to the next level. I was looking to get some expert help on what other tools I may need to run these at maximum power. Do I need to have separate hosting? I already purchased a new desktop just to run software, need to know about hosting. Will I need to sign up for private proxies? Or does that come included in the software?

Also, any additional ideas or software recommendations for keyword research would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry for such a loaded first post but I could use the help.

    Thanks

Senukex and scrapebox is essential. Buy a vps, search around here and you should find some posts on vps. Run scrapebox and senukex on your vps all day and night. Get youself at least 10 proxies, squidproxies.com is a good source. I am upgrading to get 25 a month because I use a lot for Senukex and scrapebox.
I also use proxylist.co for shared proxies for scrapebox. Dont use your good proxies for harvesting in scrapebox. It iwll make more sense once you get Sb :) Hope this helps

Why should you not use good proxies for SB?
Why do you need a vps?

I was about to ask the same. Could I not let it run on my extra computer all day?

Perhaps he's referring to using proxies for scraping verses posting. Not sure about you, but given the availability of public proxies, conventional wisdom has always leaned toward the "scrape with free, post with private" school of thought. I've found that trying to use public proxies to post with results in significantly low success rates, but using public for harvesting has less of an impact on one's ability to scrape effectively. Just my 2 cents...

As for the question on using a vps, it will largely depend on the amount of bandwidth you are allowed to use. If you expect to run SB 24/7, you're going got use a ton of bandwidth in the process. Given your monthly budget, you might want to consider buying SENukeX and leveraging some of the lists you can purchase here on BHW.

I can't speak for any of the other SB lists for sale here, but having purchase several from Loopline, I'll vouch for his. He provides access to a monthly harvested list for a reasonable fee. Not that SB is expensive, but using it effectively will require a big investment in terms of time and effort. Rarely do those who use it, use it to it's fullest potential, myself included. It's an amazing piece of software. If you try to learn this AND SENx at the same time, you may be taking on too much and end up going backwards instead of forward.

Instead, consider purchasing your SENuke license first, learning it inside and out, and in 3 months, take the next step by doing the same thing with SB. In the meantime, you still run at a profit, can bank the excess and acquire the best VPS setup that you can when you're ready. There are several resources here and some good one's on the SENuke Forum who specialize in hosting SENuke AND SB simultaneously.

Sorry for the extended response. Best of luck.

    Tip for scrapebox
Use NO proxies for HARVESTING and use ONLY bing.
    Will generate hundreds of thousands

Tip 1. don't use proxies on senuke if you have dynamic ip, using proxies may cause it to be slower, and most of the major sites fail when using proxy around 30% less sites than using dynamic ip.

Tip 2. if you don't have dynamic ip. don't buy squid proxies for senuke cause its very slow. try proxy bonanza very fast proxies but its more expensive(you have money right?) and it has limited Bandwidth.

    Tip 3. Rent a VPS :)

    Same for Yahoo.

Also, rather than going for SENuke, I suggest you see VenomSEO.

    I've heard XSSERVER is good.

It takes a while to learn new tools, and although its a great investment for the long term, it will take some time before you start seeing some results for your websites. If you've got some money to invest, have you considered spending some of it on buying some high quality backlinks? Look for high PR blog networks, backlinks 101, angie and paul, or .edu backlinks. Also think about services such as linkpushing, linkvana or backlinks genie. Results take a long time, and it will take even longer while you are learning how to use some new tools.

Although SB is awesome, I think its a great secondary tool to supplement your basic link building strategy. Senuke is a good all-in-one tool, pretty easy to learn the basics and reasonably quick to start seeing some results. Venom Seo is cheaper, has some other great advantages, but learning curve is steeper. Spend your time mastering senuke first before turning to SB. Although senuke is easy to learn the basics, it does take some time to learn how to use it well.
There are lots of great tools out there. SB is one of the best, but I don't think its going to help you in the early stages.

Thanks for the advice. I have decided to go with Venom SEO, as I believe it to be just as good for half the price.

Venom doesnt have following senuke has -- stick to orig plan:senuke and scrapebox. Build links slowly and index any profile pages that aren't. Also -- you'll need private proxies (i recommend 10 to start) -- makes a real diff w sbox!

Why would you rather have SENUKE over Venom SEO Pro? Any particular features you think that separates the two?

If you can afford it, Don't buy scrapebox! Get xRumer instead. It can do everything scrapebox can do and way more!!! Yes, it's 590 the first month, but only like $10/mo after that... so it isn't too bad.

lmao, but what if he couldn't afford the start of $590? It's a pretty big initial cost.
