About the session 30 days 2fa and email

Some times my forum log me out and im sure the 30 days sessions not ended

I logged in iphone , android and pc does this make this happen ? Or the days pass fast ?

The other thing i suggest the verification email contain in title the code and not need to open the email like many other 2fa service
