About telegram

Sr cuz I'm not good at technology, I just know basic python, c+. The question is If I wanna get username & ID, fullname of all member in any group on telegram so I don't know should I start with " what is key word" or what's code, can you help me?

Maybe then it is better to use special scripts or ready-made software?
