I think you can trust them. One of my friends has bought some shoes through them from Taobao.

Yes the taobao agent can reliable ,you can find some good agent to help you buy from china

I've been using a taobao agent called bhiner to buy iphone accessories for almost a year, they are stable and speak in english, and they have refunded me money if the item out of stock. So i think you guys can give it a shot
