I can't reproduce the exactly serps. Some might just be search results, that are not ranking, but got indexed just because of the domain authority and a working indexing method. Others might be exploided - like with a cross-site attack, that generatres content on a page as well. Others are hacked or manipulated from intern (like from students with access). Domain Authority is still the best way to get indexed in the serps, in the end
