For example, Google

site:crtc.wustl.edu
site:stuco.mst.edu

some microsoft and adobe keywords are high rank.

Does anyone explain it?

Check the Google Cache link. Seems as if someone really hacked those sites, but they fixed it... And Google didn't "re-crawl" them till now

It seems they have been hacked very cleverly but they look fine now, and yes check Google Cache link.
