About some .EDU backlinks

In first, sorry for my bad english

Now, I'm running a campaign for my own site and I have some .EDU sites in my tool box where I can post some backlinks (in profile and blog post).
When posted, I have my post permalink but if I search in Google for that post, I have to login in the site for view it... pratically, that post is like a "private" post where only a logged user can view it.

So my question is:
Can Google "see" that post (and the backlink inside it ) ?
