Easy
Get a proxy originating in your target country.
Get a vpn who has ip's in your target country.
Both have free & paid solutions, with paid being more reliable. I would go VPN route.

yes. most vpn providers even have apps. you can find instructions online/youtube how to configure a proxy on android. IOS i'm not sure.

Okay so if I have a proxy I can set it on my phone and use that VPN along with it? I'm not sure i can configure the proxy in my vpn provider

you dont want proxy & vpn at same time. they're 2 different roads which bring you to the same destination. use one or the other.

residential -- IDK. bhw may have marketplace vendors selling it. do your own research as to who to do business with

for social media ive used random proxies from dumps on google or the BHW proxy board, and not had a problem
