Yesterday I bought domain from them but today the domain is not loading yet.
I can access the FTP server but the domain is not working.

I don't have to change anything right? Since they giving me also hosting.
Any way to contact them?
Email are giving me delivery error.

Are they a good company?

im not using Shinjiru but regarding the domain. I prefer to buy the domain separately. My go to registrar is njalla.
 
I don't use them, but I am almost sure you have to point your domain to the hosting. What if you bought 3 domains and 4 hosting plans? How will they know which domain to point to which hosting? :D
 
Dont use shinjiru , they are total scam, they dont use thier own registerar , you will never be in control of your domain you awayse have to open support ticket for a simple ip change which takes 2 days , they use a decade old services and servers , i bought a dedicated server for 200$ with 1gbps speed dedicated and the best i got out of it was 40mbps i usually got 8mbps which is just stupid.

Well, that domain come with the hosting so is pointed to the root and when I buy other domains, yes I will need to point them.
But probably you're right and that's the problem, I still need to point it.

I used them before, and they are okay. Just that their support may be slow. And I THINK they are just webhost resellers.

FYI, they are based in Malaysia (and my project was focused in Asia then, and they have a DMCA-ignore policy). And it's the weekend, so they may not be as active as on weekdays. I would suggest waiting until Monday.
 
One time, I bought a domain with Shinjuru... it was pending for 3 days. I opened a million support tickets for it in that time but no response from them. At the end, they told me your payment is rejected. Moral of the story: Fuck Shinjuru, avoid them :)

I'm customer since yesterday and don't like service already.
Mistake already done, what can I do.

use warez-host , i have been using thier dedicated server for over a year now and still very fast and very reliable, i have not tested thier VPS or shared hosting though

DON'T USE THEM.

I had one bulletproof domain + hosting with them which costed me 10x than normal price.

I have requested them to change primary domain to another domain..
Guess what. they asked Money for it.

If only I read your reviews before buying their service.
I bought domain for a year and luckily hosting just a month.
I don't want to use them, what can I do?

I paid yesterday, horurs are going by and I am not using the service I paid for.

They have skype support. you can ask them how to use the domain with other host.

just open a ticket for transfering domain to another registerer and they will ask you to provide info so they make the info public , use anonymous or wrong info except the email use an email that works, try creating a new email with protonmail anonymously.

then they will send you EPP code and go to njala get same domain they will ask for EPP code and once entered the domain will be transferred , and then cancel hosting and delete your account and never go there again
 
I've been using it for just over a year, I've never had any problems, whenever I need support I use Skype, and I get the answer within a few hours. And yes, the cost is a little bit higher than the competition
