Hi brothers and sisters I have a problem, when I create an account on sharecash they aren't send me the link to confirm my account and when I try to create an account with the same email they are accept it that means My first account they aren't cares of it, I so sorry I don't speak English well

Ask their support. It can be what the guy said above or simply the confirmation email doesn't arrive, in that case try Gmail or Yahoo, for instance Hotmail/Outlook is notorious about not getting the confirmation emails sometimes, not just from SC, but in regular.
