About self-affiliation & it's TOS violation

Hi, I need to know something:

Why self-affiliation to some service/program/site/..., tends to be considered a violation of site/program/service/... TOS?

Understanding by "self-affiliation", the action to register somewhere which contemplates an affiliation program, and then registering again with different info (mail, name, ...) in a new account, but using the affiliate link from the previous registred account.

change ip, different paypal account and names, and u will be fine, if u use the same data they will hunt u

different IP, different email ,name , address, details,...

everything different logics

Yes , I am going for different everything.
Different Identity .
New Us bank Account with new identity name.
New ISP service provider - Ip Things-Dont wanna use vpn
New verified paypal with new identity
New google adsense with new identity
New address for all affiliates
New website
New everything man.


I just hope not to get burnt again , but i would be super careful this time. This time , im in for google .
