what im doing is i had 300 words already rewriting with just change the words with synonyms words, then i check on grammy and other free tools they said its free from plagiarsm
and then im going to https://1text.com/ they got all of the words still plagiarsm even the words is synonyms words

Are you looking to just bulk content on your site or use it for conversions?
If you are just looking for straight content then, yah, just follow what everyone else says.
If you are looking to copy text in a new way for conversions then you need to completely rewrite things.
Switching to synonyms is really easy to spot. OR. The changing of words that are the same can be not hard to view.

don't know how google evaluate the uniqueness. Do they use the same data as copyscape?

It may pass the Plagiarism test but meaningfulness of the sentences also matters alot. just dont make "Too Much" changes.
