and then, find some volunteering form to fill, or key speaker submission form, where they ask you to submit a cover letter or RESUME/Portefolio in pdf format.

Then when you upload, sometimes under the submit button or "delete / change file" button, the server generates a link where your PDF exists once uploaded. You use that to index.
