About niche sites and article title keywords

The first doubt is, which is the best place to insert the keyword in the article title, for example:

KEYWORD: Everything you wanted to know about it!
or
Everything you wanted to know about this KEYWORD!
or
Come and get the best book about this KEYWORD and master it!

And also, do muti niche article sites have same value for rankings than targeted niche sites?

I would use a combination of the keyword at the start of the article and in between words on another paragraph.

A target niche site is better for a specific keyword, the only sites that can rank high across multiple niches for competitive keywords are high authority sites.

Put your most important keyword(s) at the beginning of the title.
In my opinion targeted niche sites are better because it is important to make a "relevancy universe" or heat map that can help you judge a site's relevancy.
