About my site and google account, use same account?

i have few google accounts at the moment, say 3-5. for instance, when i create a site, i will need adsense, link to google search console, and sometimes adwords for marketing.
do i need to ensure my site link too all single google account for these tools?
will there be problem if i mix up? sometimes i tend to mix up with those accounts ..

another thing, do i need to use my real full name for adsense first application approval? Sometime i prefer to use my nickname or in instead.
