Hey guys.

I want to present a project in the forum, and even though I meet the requirements of more than 50 posts and 30 days, I can't. I don't see the "Create new thread" button.

I know there's a distrust of new comers, but I come with only good intentions. I've been lurking for quite longer.
I won't be asking money, I only need someone to help with a technical aspect I can't handle and I will add my expertise to create a good product that I believe in.

So, if anyone could help me out what's wrong, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Changes in permissions do not take effect immediately when you pass the requirements - I believe they are done in batches via scripts in the backend. Give it more than 10 mins after you achieved your 50th post before you expect to post your JV.
