About Instagram Comments

This is my first thread in the forum, so, first of all: Hi everyone!

About the topic, I am doing Instagram automation, my tools work fine, I can do all the actions I want and I don't face any problems, I have quite a good setup. (So the hard part is done).

But, I started automation back in 2019, after June 2019 I stopped as a lot of people did, and this year decided to come back in a proper way, the thing is, back then, I was very successful with my comments, I only focused on commenting and it worked amazing.

I could make around 600 comments per account every day which resulted in 15 DMs in my inbox more or less.

For the first time since then, I managed now to reach a similar number (this time with different accounts). The thing is, I barely get any feedback. As if I was not commenting.

And I don't know if either people just got used to semi-spammy comments and they just ignore them (but I mean, EVERYONE ignores them?)

Or the other thing, and it's why I started this thread is, does Instagram ghost comments? I make quite long messages, sometimes I make a mention, sometimes I don't, didn't really work well in both of the ways.
I see a lot of bots commenting crappy messages like: "Promotion? Msg @mothercount" or "Collab? DM @mothercount" and it makes me think that maybe IG doesn't like long messages and I should try to use very short ones.

If anyone knows about it, it would be really helpful

Well, I have made comment bot myself and haven't seen ghosting so far. I make about 20 comments per IG Account. And keep messages short. IMO, nobody likes big messages and they give a spam feel.
Following this thread for what other people got to say.

Yes, IG cand and does ghost comments. I bought test mentions from two well known SMM panels. In one case IG said my comments were there ("30 comments") but they didn't show. I used some of my other accounts in the list: no notification either. The other SMM wasn't even able to post the mentions. So this strategy, at least, seems dead.

In my case, that's what I am starting to think. I use Mother/Child method. Sometimes to test if they work, I do comments that mention my mother account so everytime they are posted I get a notification.

Also, as I think it's safer not to make so many mentions, I also did comments without any mentions. When I check the actions of the accounts, comments are there. If I check them on a browser, I see them as well.

What I was wondering is, do you think there is a way that I would always see those messages, or that they are even there, but the account where I am posting them just doesn't get any notification about it?

If that's not possible, then I will just focus on improving my comments, but it's something I've always wondered.

Automation and Instagram is like playing with fire in 2021, you really need to know what you're doing to avoid getting your hands/accounts burnt.

Your comments probably got ghosted as you have been posting similar comments with the accounts, try posting a few text comments(completely unrelated), wait for a while and then get back slow and steady.
If you continue posting these, the accounts might get blocked/suspended.

My spin syntax is huge, I don't do a lot of actions on each account, although all together they do a lot of actions. Tried different kinds of comments and nothing works, feels as if they were not there, but when I check them, they are there, so that's why I am not sure if they are ghosted if I can see them.

Just trying comment strategies as they worked pretty well, of nothing works, I might change my stategies as my automation setup is really solid and will allow me to do it
