Would it not look suspicious to google, if all your links would be do follow?
The answer - YES, it would be useful, even if it is no follow...

Definitely yes, all BL count so even that no-follow. And you can also get some traffic from that post, if there is some.

Yes, your links should be in mixture of ******** and nofollow

If it is a high ranking blog then yes it is good to have the nofollow link

It wont help with serps but you could to have a mixture of backlinks

This looks like being the best answer by far. These days one must stick to the basics in terms of link building.

Yes, it's useful because if you build only do follow links to your site means it looks suspicious.so build some no follow links with that.
