Twitter growth coaches teaching ‘how to get 10K followers fast’ while sitting at 480 themselves ))

They are conartists. I am several mobile developer groups and the amount of people posting fake screenshots of their earnings is crazy.
fake screenshots have sadly become part of their marketing strategy. Most people don’t verify, so these guys keep getting away with it

Yeah, it’s always funny when they’re giving advice but not exactly walking the walk. Growth isn’t a magic formula; it’s consistency, engagement, and real value. Anyone can talk the talk, but results show in the long run.

my favorite is when they're selling a "Viral Tweet Formula" but their last 50 posts have single-digit likes. The lack of self awareness is almost impressive :weep:

real growth takes time and effort. Most people want shortcuts, but the ones who stay consistent are the ones who actually make it

It’s always the ones ‘teaching virality’ who can’t even go viral themselves. Maybe their formula starts working after 51 posts

most of them preach theory they’ve never actually tested in real growth.
they quote ‘growth mindset’ threads like it’s scripture but never tested a single thing themselves. theory professors of Twitter University ))

Haha, true Many “growth gurus” hype results — always focus on proven strategies and real data instead of empty promises.

Facts )) if screenshots and ‘proof’ can’t survive a 3-day check, it’s probably just storytelling )))

Absolutely. Everyone looks for tricks, but consistent effort is always better than shortcuts. Push yourself, improve, and be patient.

I follow zero of these gurus now, just copy tactics I see working in my own niche.

smart move )) real data from your niche recycled advice from wannabe gurus

Yep, always check the source. If they can't even grow their own presence, their advice isn't worth much. Focus on methods that show actual results, not just promises.

Exactly, growth is about consistency and real value. Talk is cheap results speak over time.

Everyone loves the fast lane, but it’s the steady pace that builds something solid. Real followers come from real effort, not quick tricks or empty boasts.

Not sure how recent it is, but even Twitter SMM follows are being removed - might be down to them using brand new bot accounts which get deleted

So the follower removals is more an indirect thing.

The only sure-fire way of growing other people's accounts is by having a large audience yourself and retweeting their tweets (which offer value).
